This agreement guarantees that your platform access key will never be modified into a mandatory monthly operational subscription model or background utility gate.

2. Data Maintenance & Backup Obligations

Because Apex Ledger Pro runs entirely standalone and air-gapped from our corporate offices, we hold zero access privileges, encryption recovery overrides, or remote diagnostic mechanisms over your local hardware sectors.

You acknowledge that managing regular database duplicates, storage health configurations, snapshot allocations, and operational recovery routines remains 100% your responsibility as a business owner. Apex Ledger Pro is not liable for data degradation caused by system drive hardware drops, unverified system shutdowns, or external operating system architecture failures.

3. Merchant of Record & Procurement Actions

All product procurement pathways, initial license token checkouts, and fulfillment routines are securely cleared through our designated Merchant of Record partner, Lemon Squeezy, LLC. All payment modifications, initial checkout adjustments, and merchant invoice loops are managed inside their secure platform policies.

4. Prohibited Engineering Conversions

You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, or crack the local execution files of the application binary for commercial cloning purposes, or try to build competing cloud sync variations of our static architecture.

5. Comprehensive Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE ENGINE CLIENT IS DELIVERED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS COMPLIANCE WARRANTY PROTOCOLS. THE ENTIRE OPERATIONAL AND AUDIT ACCURACY RISK REMAINS AT THE END-USER LAYER. UNDER NO LEGAL THEORIES WILL APEX LEDGER PRO OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR REVENUE REPORTING DELTAS, TAX CODE CALCULATION DEVIATIONS, OR ADMINISTRATIVE AUDIT CONSEQUENCES ENCOUNTERED DURING INTERNAL CORPORATE REVENUE RUNS.
