We believe that your business metrics, transaction logs, and employee timeclock histories are entirely your personal property. Unlike legacy SaaS platforms, we do not operate background sync servers, cloud metrics aggregators, or telemetry reporting nodes.
2. Data We Do Not Collect (The Vault Clause)
When you use the Apex Ledger Pro desktop software client on your computer hardware, all calculations, database updates, ledger modifications, and security configurations execute strictly within an isolated local SQL database layer.
- We do not collect or view your Chart of Accounts layouts or balances.
- We do not track or store your client project cost parameters or overhead margins.
- We do not record your employee payroll data or timecard validation PIN settings.
3. Information Collected via Our Website
The only data collected through our online brand channels occurs strictly when you interact with our marketing funnel elements or storefront:
- Waitlist Sign-Ups: If you voluntarily submit your address via our Formspree waitlist box, we capture that contact string to send product availability messages. This record can be scrubbed from our systems at any point upon simple request.
- Storefront Checkout: When acquiring a lifetime activation key via our Merchant of Record portal (Lemon Squeezy), standard transactional identity identifiers and licensing arrays are recorded to manage valid update validation rings.
4. Third-Party Web Analytics Processing
Our website architecture uses localized WordPress performance monitoring solutions (Burst Statistics) to measure baseline visitor count variations and counter automated vulnerability exploitation bot drops. This analytics installation operates directly on our web server container and does not share tracking fingerprints with remote third-party ad brokers or cross-site tracking systems.
